Dimtu Tora – Guji, Ethiopia In the forests of Hambela, Guji, 158 small coffee farmers grow their coffee among indigenous shade trees. At the Dimtu Tora washing station, only ripe coffee cherries are selected and carefully dried on African beds. The result is a bright, refined coffee with the floral elegance that Guji is known for.

Our coffees are not roasted for one specific brewing method, but to bring out the unique character of each coffee as best as possible. The roast profile is tailored to the characteristics of the bean and can therefore vary per coffee. This coffee is light to medium roasted and excels in various brewing methods, from espresso to filter.
